This is not an official investigation body. We are not affiliated with any national parachute association, aviation authority, or governing body. Everything posted here comes from the community and has not been independently verified.
Our rules are simple:
No names. No blame. Learn from every jump.
If you are involved in or witnessed an incident and want to share it so others can learn, this is the place. If you want to point fingers or settle scores, this is not.
